Architecturally stunning and finished to a very high standard, a Gecko Garden Studio is a stand-alone building that’s handcrafted to perfection, providing a stunning addition to your home and garden. All our studios are premium insulated for use all year round, allowing you to make the most of your newly added space even in the harsher winter months.

We provide detailed drawings with finalised rendered images. All our deigns are unique to your garden space and will show your other garden elements.. to really show you how it will perform in your garden. All our drawings are to scale and proportion. We are very enthusiastic about each of our projects and really place enthesis on our clients taste and objectives. We work very closely with our clients and make them very much part of the design process. All our buildings are unique and no two buildings are the same.

We really study your garden space, its surroundings and the area you live in. The garden studio can therefore be positioned to capture an amazing view, or to be discreetly out-of-sight. By day it can be a refuge, and by night a beautiful setting to entertain friends or relax with your family. As a team we are very accomplished at garden design and construction. We have a fantastic approach to garden layout, perspective and use. Planning Permission

If Planning Permission is required then this is something that we are more than happy to help with, although most of our builds do not require planning permission. Permitted development rights allow you to perform certain types of work without needing to apply for planning permission – however, an extended height building within 2m of your boundary will require planning permission, and our experienced team are more than happy to organise and prepare this for you.
